Legal Aid - Administrative
The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police has it's own legal aid plan to cover administrative claims.
Process for filing an administrative legal aid request
In the event that you need to file a legal aid claim for an administrative issue, fill out BOTH forms below and return them to the Financial Secretary for processing.
Once your forms have been received, they will be sent to the North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Legal Aid Committee for review.
The member will be notified by the Legal Aid Committee whether they are approved or denied for their claim.
