The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police provides its own legal aid plan to assist members with administrative claims.

 

Process for Filing an Administrative Legal Aid Request

If you need to file a legal aid claim for an administrative issue, complete the form below and submit it to the Financial Secretary for processing.

Once your form is received, it will be forwarded to the North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Legal Aid Committee for review. You will be notified by the committee whether your claim has been approved or denied.
